Roxy Theatricals was granted the rights to produce the five-time Tony-award winning musical, The Drowsy Chaperone, which plays at The Legacy Theatre for three weekends minus the last Sunday. Laugh along with the modern-day musical theater addict, known only as Man in Chair (Ed MacMurdo, also the director), who watches the characters and set of The Drowsy Chaperone come to life in his apartment after putting the album on the record player. The storyline follows a 1920s Broadway starlet, Janet Van de Graaf (Anna Bussing), who wants to give up show business and marry her debonair, oil tycoon fiancé, Robert Martin (Cory Lee Blisset).
