James Neary and the Bevy Blue

Hailing from the Northwest Indiana/Southwest Michigan area and claiming La Porte, Indiana, as a home base, these up-and-coming soulful rockers are laying it on the line with all they got every time they perform. James Neary, the front guy and singer-songwriter, started out as a solo performer until he came into his own with this band of renown willing to partake in some beautiful Bevy Blue. Bandmates Sammy Lane Tuthill (lead guitar), Dakota Morgan (drums), Sam Que (saxophone) and Jeff Topp (bass guitar) take James down a rockin’ winding road that leads you to a place unknown, filled with delightful musical moments along the way. They describe their mental mood as “a one-of-a-kind modern take on rock with soul and psychedelic elements” and cite Alabama Shakes, Muse and Pink Floyd as a few of the many influences that created this interesting and compelling mix of music made for dancing, prancing, drinking and thinking, all at once if you can make it happen.
