ANTIQUE OR VINTAGE STORE

Springfield Vintage

Decor, fashion, jewelry, furniture and other quirky styles from the 1940s through the 1980s might remind you of your grandmother, but are still very popular and relevant today. Such one-of-a kind finds can be found downtown at Springfield Vintage, says store owner and ultimate-vintage buyer, Linda Renehan.

Springfield Vintage is about a vintage lifestyle, according to Renehan. There's something for everyone who wants to be a bit eclectic, and for those who want to live a sustainable lifestyle, there are vintage items that are still useful today. Vintage is so trendy that Renehan has buyers from all over the U.S. visit her store and even some repeat customers from Japan.

Renehan has been buying and selling vintage items for 35 years. Seven years ago, she relocated downtown to the beautiful building that once housed Bridge's Jewelry and renamed the store Springfield Vintage. She calls her store "a fun little shop that's about not taking yourself too seriously." As the store's tag line states: "So bad, it's fab."
